Here at PowerHouseATX we offer personalized 1-1 fitness training. No matter the goal we are here to help you achieve it. Our 1-1 sessions are recommended before joining the group training class to ensure proper movements. *New* Now offering online training through Zoom!

Small Group Training Classes

Our Group Training Classes are Strength Training based classes. We also now include Yoga on Saturday Mornings at 10 am.
Group Classes are held @6:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Pricing Information

Personal Training- 25 min

Bronze (4 Sessions): $180 ($45 per session)

Silver (8 Sessions): $320 ($40 per session)

Gold (12 Sessions): $420 ($35 per session)

Group Training

Drop-In Fee: $25 per class

Bronze (4 Classes per Month): $85
($21.25 per class)

Silver (8 Classes per Month): $150
($18.75 per class)


Gold (Unlimited Classes): $210 ($17.50 or less per class)

Online Fitness App

Silver: $30/month

Partner Training- 50 min

2 People:
Bronze (4 Sessions): $300 ($37.50 per session per person)

Silver (8 Sessions): $560 ($35 per session per person)


Gold (12 Sessions): $780 ($32.50 per session per person)

3 People:
Bronze (4 Sessions): $360 ($30 per session per person)

Silver (8 Sessions): $660 ($27.50 per session per person)

Gold (12 Sessions): $900 ($25 per session per person)

One of the main areas we focus on at the PowerHouseATX is corrective exercise and posture.  You would be surprised how many aches and pains can be prevented!

We love the athletes. With our Sports Performance background we have helped many athletes become stronger, faster, and more reactive.

Our group training classes are very inexpensive and still supply a well designed program to help you achieve your goals.

Here at PowerHouseATX we offer nutritional advise and help with meal ideas along with a progressive cardiovascular program.
