Whether in-person or through our app, I ensure every program is structured to make fitness fun, goal-oriented, and effective. Growing up, I was always the skinny kid who felt like genetics had the final say in strength and performance. That all changed when I joined powerlifting in high school. I learned that you can push past limits and build the body and strength you want with the correct programming, proper form, and solid nutrition. That experience sparked my passion for fitness and set me on the path to helping others do the same.
Now, as a personal trainer, I take a structured but supportive approach to coaching. My goal isn't just to get you moving. It's to help you move with purpose, train with intention, and stay on track without burnout. I focus on the details: form, tempo, sets, reps, and tracking progress, so we're not guessing—we're building a real, results-driven plan. But fitness should be enjoyable, too. I bring a positive, welcoming energy to every session (and if you follow me on social, you already know I love a good dad joke).
More than anything, I want my clients to feel like they have a coach and a best friend in their corner—someone who listens, challenges them, and reminds them that fitness isn't a chore; it's a privilege.
