Individualized coaching in a small shared session

Semi-private training is the main PowerHouseATX model moving forward. You get your own plan, hands-on coaching, and a training environment capped at 3 clients for more scheduling flexibility without losing individual attention.

Best use

Start here if you want coaching, structure, and accountability in the main training format. The listed package price does not change based on whether 1, 2, or 3 clients are in the session.

Each client trains from an individualized plan unless you specifically want to sync workouts with someone else.

New clients may begin with up to four weeks of 1-on-1 attention at semi-private rates when that is the right way to build confidence and form.
