Privacy Policy

How PowerHouseATX collects, uses, protects, and shares client information for consultation requests, accounts, booking, payments, email, optional SMS, and coaching support.

These pages are written for launch readiness and practical platform compliance. They should still be reviewed by a Texas attorney as PowerHouseATX grows, adds providers, or changes membership, SMS, payment, or data practices.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you submit through forms, text messages, email, or client account setup, including name, email address, phone number, and message content.
  • Account and booking records, including sessions booked, canceled, rescheduled, attended, or missed; purchase history; credits; billing status; paperwork status; and communication preferences.
  • Intake and waiver information you choose to provide, including training goals, injury history, movement limitations, and other health context used to coach you safely.
  • Payment records such as package purchased, amount, subscription status, invoices, and Stripe customer identifiers. Full card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by PowerHouseATX.
  • Technical data needed to operate the site and portal, such as authentication cookies, browser/device signals, error logs, and basic security logs.

How we use information

  • Respond to consultation requests and client questions.
  • Create and maintain client accounts, bookings, credits, paperwork, purchases, receipts, and billing recovery workflows.
  • Send transactional email about bookings, reminders, cancellations, reschedules, payment status, expiring credits, and account notices.
  • Send optional SMS booking/account reminders only after you opt in.
  • Coordinate coaching, training safety, programming, and client support.
  • Maintain business, tax, accounting, security, compliance, and legal records.

Health and training information

Intake and waiver responses may include sensitive health or injury information. PowerHouseATX uses that information to make coaching decisions, modify training, and document client readiness. It is not sold, used for third-party advertising, or shared outside the providers needed to run the business unless required by law or with your direction.

SMS consent and mobile data

SMS reminders are optional and off by default. You may opt in during onboarding or through your account preferences when available. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by replying STOP to a message or by contacting PowerHouseATX. Reply HELP or contact PowerHouseATX for help.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

PowerHouseATX shares information with service providers only as needed to operate the site, portal, payments, notifications, booking system, and coaching tools.

  • Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and account records.
  • Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, invoices, payment status, and billing portal recovery.
  • Google Workspace for Gmail sending and Google Calendar event sync.
  • Twilio for optional SMS delivery when SMS is enabled and you have opted in.
  • Vercel for website hosting and deployment.
  • CoachRx for app-based programming if you use the Fitness App service.

Google Workspace data

PowerHouseATX uses one Google Workspace account to send transactional email and manage calendar events. Google Workspace data is used only to send client communications, create/update/cancel calendar events, and maintain booking operations. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may process payment and transaction data according to its own legal terms and privacy policy. PowerHouseATX receives payment status and purchase records needed to grant credits, manage subscriptions, provide receipts, and support billing questions.

Cookies and analytics

The portal uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and session management. PowerHouseATX does not currently run third-party advertising trackers on the site. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy should be updated before launch of those tools.

How long we keep information

PowerHouseATX keeps account, purchase, booking, waiver, and tax/accounting records as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain accurate business records. Information that is no longer needed is deleted, archived, or de-identified when practical.

Your choices

  • You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of information that PowerHouseATX is not legally required to keep.
  • You may opt out of SMS reminders at any time.
  • You may unsubscribe from non-transactional marketing if PowerHouseATX adds marketing email later.
  • You may close your account, subject to retained records needed for purchases, waivers, taxes, safety, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Children and minors

The site and portal are not intended for children under 13. Clients under 18 may train only with parent or guardian consent and a signed waiver.

Security

PowerHouseATX uses reasonable administrative, technical, and service-provider safeguards designed to protect client information. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Please keep your portal password private and contact PowerHouseATX if you believe your account has been compromised.

Updates and contact
