These policies keep scheduling clear, fair, and realistic for a private training gym with limited appointment slots. Contact Trey if you need help choosing the right package before booking.

Clients may reschedule 1 session per month into an existing posted slot only. Reschedules do not create extra availability or rollover sessions.

Give travel notice by Sunday at 8pm for the upcoming week. You can either make up sessions later in the same month, subject to availability, or receive free Fitness App access during the travel week.

Weekly packages are for frequent travelers. Pay upfront before booking, book by Sunday 8pm for the upcoming week, and use sessions by the end of that week. No rollover, credits, or make-ups.

Monthly packages require auto-pay with a credit card on file. Sessions expire at the end of the calendar month, do not roll over, and are non-refundable.

Monthly packages renew on the 1st. Cancel by the 25th of the prior month to stop the next renewal.

Package changes take effect the following month. Three-month prepay packages receive 10% off, and the semi-private app add-on is free with a 3-month prepay.

Training hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am-8pm. Package holders may book the upcoming month starting on the 25th of the prior month. Drop-ins book 48 hours in advance. The first person to book anchors the semi-private time slot.

If a card fails, the slot is held once while payment is resolved. Subscriptions may be paused up to 1 month for surgery, injury, or extended travel. PowerHouseATX is closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
