These pages are written for launch readiness and practical platform compliance. They should still be reviewed by a Texas attorney as PowerHouseATX grows, adds providers, or changes membership, SMS, payment, or data practices.
Services
PowerHouseATX provides in-person personal training, semi-private training, related packages and memberships, drop-in sessions when available, and app-based programming support through CoachRx. Specific package details, prices, credits, duration, restrictions, and approval requirements are shown on the site, in the portal, or at checkout.
Accounts and accurate information
- You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, billing, and intake information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private.
- PowerHouseATX may require email verification, password reset, paperwork completion, or admin review before booking or purchase access is granted.
Paperwork before training
Before your first booked session, you must complete the current waiver, purchase/session rules, and intake. The signed waiver and purchase agreement control the legal matters they cover. The public Policies page summarizes booking, cancellation, rescheduling, package, and billing rules.
Booking, cancellations, and credits
- Purchasing credits and reserving appointment times are separate steps.
- A paid package, membership, or credit balance does not guarantee a standing appointment time unless that time is separately booked or confirmed in writing by PowerHouseATX.
- Sessions canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice may be moved into posted availability, subject to package rules and availability.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice, late cancellations, and no-shows are forfeited unless PowerHouseATX approves an exception in writing.
- Credit expiration, package restrictions, make-up credits, and membership rules are stated on the Policies page, package details, and purchase documents.
Payments, subscriptions, and billing
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Memberships and app subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
- Renewal credits are issued after successful payment.
- If payment fails, PowerHouseATX may notify you, retry billing, pause booking privileges, or release reserved times until the account is current.
- Prices may change with notice before a future renewal or new purchase.
- Unless a signed purchase document or written PowerHouseATX exception says otherwise, completed payments are non-refundable.
Health acknowledgment
Training involves physical exertion and inherent risk. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions, injury history, and limitations, and for consulting a medical professional as appropriate. The signed waiver governs assumption of risk and release of liability for in-person training.
SMS and email communications
PowerHouseATX may send transactional email related to your account, bookings, purchases, paperwork, and billing. Optional SMS reminders are sent only if you opt in. Message frequency varies based on bookings and account activity; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site, portal, database, accounts, admin tools, payment systems, or provider integrations.
- Do not submit false information, misuse another person's account, scrape the portal, or use automation to reserve or disrupt booking availability.
- Do not copy, resell, or commercially reuse PowerHouseATX content, branding, workouts, documents, or training materials without written permission.
Third-party services
The site and portal rely on third-party services including Supabase, Stripe, Google Workspace, Twilio, Vercel, and CoachRx. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. PowerHouseATX is not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, or actions by third-party services outside PowerHouseATX control.
No medical advice
PowerHouseATX provides fitness coaching and general training support. Site content, app programming, and coaching communications are not medical diagnosis, physical therapy, or a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and portal are provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, PowerHouseATX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site or portal use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, and in-person training risk is governed by the signed waiver.
Suspension or termination
PowerHouseATX may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse booking/payment systems, create safety concerns, or fail to keep billing current. You may request account closure at any time; remaining credits, subscriptions, and retained records are handled under the applicable purchase documents and policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, with venue in Travis County, Texas, unless a controlling signed agreement requires otherwise.
Updates and contact
PowerHouseATX may update these terms as services, providers, or legal requirements change. Questions can be sent to treytucker@powerhouseatx.com or 917 W Anderson Lane Suite F, Austin, TX 78757.
