PowerHouseATX Website Purchase Agreement 2026

This Purchase Agreement applies to purchases made through the PowerHouseATX website, client portal, Stripe checkout or billing portal, admin-created checkout, approved invoice, or a written PowerHouseATX addendum.
The checkout summary, selected package, current price sheet, onboarding answers, waiver, account records, booking records, and any signed private addendum are part of the client purchase record. If a signed private addendum conflicts with the general terms below, the signed addendum controls for that specific client arrangement.
1. Services
PowerHouseATX provides personal training, semi-private training, related packages and memberships, drop-in sessions when available, and app-based programming support through CoachRx.
Package names, prices, credits, expiration dates, approval requirements, and included services are shown on the website, in the client portal, in the checkout record, or in a written PowerHouseATX addendum.
2. Product Types

3. Purchase Records and Online Acceptance
Package, price, billing cycle, payment status, subscription status, selected start or booking details, and any approved private addendum are documented through checkout, Stripe, admin purchase records, booking records, invoices, or a written PowerHouseATX addendum.
Onboarding separately records the required website paperwork answers, including photo/video consent, client initials acknowledging the agreements, acceptance date, waiver version, and acceptance timestamp. Contact and emergency details can be kept in the client profile.
If a client purchases before completing onboarding, the purchase record still shows what was purchased. The client must complete required onboarding, waiver, consent, and contact fields before training eligibility is complete.
4. Booking, Scheduling, and Recurring Times
- Purchasing credits and reserving appointment times are separate steps.
- A paid package, membership, or credit balance does not guarantee a recurring appointment time unless that time is booked in the portal, entered by PowerHouseATX, or confirmed in writing.
- Recurring memberships may support future recurring booking requests. Future sessions can be marked paid, unpaid, or needs-payment based on the client account, package, and renewal status.
- If a recurring membership is canceled, unpaid future recurring holds may be canceled or released unless PowerHouseATX approves a different written arrangement.
- PowerHouseATX may adjust session availability, coach assignment, format, or schedule blocks as needed for operations, travel, facility issues, or safety.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows, and Make-Ups
- Sessions canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice may be moved into available times, subject to package rules and availability.
- Less than 24 hours notice, late cancellation, or no-show forfeits the session unless PowerHouseATX approves an exception in writing.
- Late arrival does not extend the scheduled appointment; the session ends at the originally scheduled time.
- Approved last-week reschedules may receive a staff-issued 7-day make-up credit. Make-up credits are exceptions, are not sold, and do not automatically roll over.
- Admin cancellations, comps, no-shows, late cancels, and client-requested changes are recorded in the booking system.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
- Payments are processed through Stripe checkout, Stripe billing portal, admin-created checkout, invoice, or another PowerHouseATX-approved payment channel.
- Recurring memberships and app subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Renewal credits are issued after successful payment.
- If payment fails, PowerHouseATX may notify the client, provide a billing recovery link, retry billing, pause booking privileges, or release future unpaid holds until the account is current.
- Completed payments are non-refundable unless PowerHouseATX approves an exception in writing or a signed private addendum says otherwise.
- Private pricing, split billing, special terms, travel blocks, legacy arrangements, or corporate arrangements require written PowerHouseATX approval or a signed addendum.
- Chargebacks or billing disputes made without first attempting direct resolution with PowerHouseATX may result in account suspension.
7. Fitness App
Fitness App access uses CoachRx for programming support, exercise demos, exercise options, and progress tracking. App-only access does not include in-person credits. App access is included with Ramp-Up and active 1-1 Training memberships unless a specific written arrangement says otherwise.
The Semi-Private App Add-On is available only to approved active semi-private clients. If purchased incorrectly, PowerHouseATX may cancel, refund, convert, or require approval before activating it.
8. Waiver, Health Information, and Training Readiness
The current PowerHouseATX waiver must be accepted before training. Clients are responsible for providing accurate health, injury, emergency contact, and readiness information, and for updating PowerHouseATX if that information changes.
PowerHouseATX provides fitness coaching and training support. It does not provide medical diagnosis, physical therapy, or medical treatment.
9. Photo and Video Consent
Photo/video consent is recorded separately during onboarding. A client may choose yes or no. A client may decline consent or withdraw future consent in writing. Withdrawing consent does not require PowerHouseATX to remove content already lawfully published before the withdrawal unless required by law or approved by PowerHouseATX.
10. Communication Preferences
PowerHouseATX may send transactional email about accounts, purchases, billing, bookings, reminders, cancellations, reschedules, credits, paperwork, and operational notices. Optional SMS reminders are sent only after opt-in and only when SMS service is enabled.
11. Photo and Video Consent in Purchase Agreement
Photo/video consent is recorded separately during onboarding. A client may choose yes or no. A client may decline consent or withdraw future consent in writing. Withdrawing consent does not require PowerHouseATX to remove content already lawfully published before the withdrawal unless required by law or approved by PowerHouseATX.
12. Travel, Pauses, and Private Arrangements
- Travel does not automatically pause billing, extend the billing cycle, or roll credits into a future cycle.
- Clients who travel occasionally should reschedule into posted availability before credits expire when possible.
- Clients who need recurring billing but a different payment cadence, travel control, a reserved slot, corporate/group handling, legacy pricing, or another custom arrangement must use a private/direct flow or signed addendum.
- If no private arrangement is documented, the public product rules apply.
13. Termination and Policy Changes
- PowerHouseATX may suspend or terminate services for safety concerns, repeated no-shows, abusive behavior, harassment, threatening behavior, disruption of other clients, fraudulent chargebacks, unsafe conduct, misuse of the booking/payment system, unpaid balances, or violation of website terms.
- PowerHouseATX may terminate without cause for business reasons, schedule changes, or other operational reasons and may issue a prorated refund or credit for unused current-cycle sessions.
- Prices, policies, package names, app access, and scheduling rules may change with 30 days notice to active clients before a future renewal or new purchase.
- Questions about purchases, billing, cancellation, or exceptions should be sent to PowerHouseATX before the next renewal or booked session whenever possible.
By purchasing, booking, signing, checking the agreement box, or submitting onboarding through the PowerHouseATX website or portal, the client confirms they have read, understand, and agree to this Purchase Agreement and the current PowerHouseATX waiver and policies.
