These proof images are captured from the actual portal UI. Each shows the mobile phone number field directly above an unchecked SMS agreement. One complete primary checkbox label states the specific message types, recurring frequency, message and data rates, STOP/HELP instructions, consent-not-required disclosure, and Terms and Privacy URLs before consent. New clients remain opted out unless they actively check the box, and they can finish onboarding, buy, and book without SMS consent.

SMS program purpose
PowerHouseATX sends optional transactional SMS messages for client account activity, booking confirmations, session reminders, cancellations, reschedules, credit notices, billing notices, and support follow-up tied to training services.
PowerHouseATX does not use this SMS program for third-party marketing, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or unrelated promotional blasts.
How clients opt in
Clients create or sign in to a PowerHouseATX portal account.
During onboarding, a client enters their mobile phone number in the SMS reminders section and checks the optional box labeled By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring transactional text messages from PowerHouseATX about booking confirmations, session reminders, cancellations, reschedules, credit notices, billing notices, and account updates. After onboarding, a client may update the same phone number and text reminder preference from portal account settings.
The checkbox is optional and is off unless the client chooses it.

Consent is not required to buy
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Clients can buy packages, book sessions, and use the PowerHouseATX portal without opting in to text messages.
Mobile data sharing
Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. PowerHouseATX shares information with service providers only as needed to operate the site, portal, payments, booking system, and optional SMS delivery.
